If you feel you have a child that may qualify for services simply call our office and we will walk you through the process.  We will ask you to sign a release of information that gives us permission to contact your doctors and retrieve your child's health record.  Once we receive the information from the doctors we will put together a plan of care or orders that define what we will do for your child.  Once we have a plan or care signed by the doctor we will submit to your child's insurance plan.  This process usually takes approximately 2 weeks.  Once we have approval your child  can begin receiving services at our center.
